How it works

Your agents prepare the work, you decide. And they learn from you, week after week.

  1. 01

    Installed in three weeks

The base team is connected to your e-mail, calendar, CRM and documents, and set up for you.

  2. 02

    It prepares, you approve

Every day, the agents sort, draft and follow up. Whatever needs to go out waits for your approval.

  3. 03

    It learns from your corrections

“Don’t do that again”, “always like this”: every correction is kept. Your clients and projects fill its memory.

  4. 04

    Your routines, on schedule

What comes back every week becomes a mission: it starts at the planned time, and whatever needs to go out waits for you.

Questions

I know nothing about AI. Is this for me?

Yes, that is what it is built for. We deliver your agents installed and set up; you open the accesses, with guidance, and a one-and-a-half-hour onboarding per person is included. Then you talk to them in your own words and approve what they prepare. Count on about six hours of your time over the first six weeks, then thirty minutes a month: an estimate, to be measured on the first installations.

How much time will we save?

It depends on your processes. With an audit, we estimate it process by process, before building anything. Without an audit, the best yardstick is ours: Nakama and NakamaCyber are run by a single person, with NakamaOS. Either way, NakamaOS estimates the time saved and shows it every week.

How is this different from a general-purpose AI assistant?

An assistant answers when you talk to it. Our agents do a specific job in your tools, with defined rights, human approval for anything sensitive and a log of every action. They are designed for your processes, on a base shared by all our clients, tested and kept up to date.

Do the agents replace my employees?

That is not what we sell. The agents take the work that comes back every week: sorting e-mail, spotting what is still unanswered, drafting a follow-up, a report, a first draft. You keep the customers, the field and the decisions, and you approve what goes out. The audit says, process by process, what changes and for whom.

Where is my data hosted?

In Europe by default. With the Sovereign offer, on a dedicated server in Europe or on your premises, with local models.

What if a booby-trapped e-mail tricks the agent?

It is an agent’s first risk, and NakamaOS is built against it. To send an e-mail or publish, an agent needs permission, tool by tool (the mailbox, LinkedIn…), and it cannot grant it to itself. Every conversation with an agent is recorded in a register, including what it was refused. The risk that remains is the one of any mailbox, phishing: a fake bank account number or a fake link can reach a draft just as it reaches your usual inbox. Your approval stops it, and we show what to check during the hand-over.

What happens next

  1. Our agents prepare a written reply, approved. It is free.
  2. If the audit makes sense, we schedule its two weeks: €4,900, deducted from the project if you sign.
  3. The Starter offer, NakamaOS by default, is quick to set up: in service in three weeks, to customise later if you wish.
