In one sentence
The site sets no measurement cookie without your consent. You give or withdraw it at any time in the banner, reopened by the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. The site also collects data if you fill in the request form or subscribe to the blog articles.

Data collected
Through the request form: your first name, your work e-mail and the name of your company; if you give them, your last name, your role, the company website, the sector, the number of people, what you would hand over, your line of work and what takes up most of your time, your mailbox, your office computers and your choice to receive the journal; the language of the page; and, technically, the IP address and country passed by the host at the time of sending. Through the journal subscription: your e-mail address, your first name (and your last name if you gave it) and your consent.
Purpose and legal basis
Preparing the written reply you request, sending it to you, and managing your place on the waiting list. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR, art. 6.1.b). For the blog articles: your consent, withdrawable at every send. No prospecting, no resale, no profiling.
Recipients and processing
The request arrives in our contact file, at HubSpot, which notifies us at diagnostic@nakamaos.ai. It is processed by a Nakama agent, under an API key covered by a data processing agreement with the model provider; a note may be created in our memory; the reply is approved by the founder before sending. Technical processors: Google Cloud (site hosting, Firebase Hosting), HubSpot (the form, the file of requests and of the waiting list, the sending of the blog articles), OVH (the diagnostic@nakamaos.ai inbox), Supabase (the Nakama NakamaOS account), Composio, in the United States (the NakamaOS connectors, including the one for the contact file), the model provider.
Retention
A request is kept while it is on the waiting list. When it leaves the list (your turn has come, or you have left the list) with no audit or installation following, it is purged within six months, on the first working day of the month, in HubSpot as in our memory. Otherwise, for the duration of the contractual relationship. The journal subscription is kept until you unsubscribe.
Transfers
The processors named may handle data outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses. No sensitive document is requested or expected in the form.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to privacy@nakamaos.ai. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
Audience measurement
Only with your consent (GDPR, art. 6.1.a), the HubSpot tracking code counts visits and links a request to the pages viewed before it (cookies __hstc and hubspotutk, six months at most; __hssc and __hssrc, for the visit). Without consent, no measurement cookie is set; HubSpot keeps your choice in a technical cookie (__hs_cookie_cat_pref).
