These terms govern access to and use of nakamaos.ai (the “site”). By browsing the site you accept them. They apply to all language versions; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Access
The site is free to access, without an account. The publisher may modify, suspend or interrupt it at any time, including for maintenance, without notice or compensation.
Content
The site publishes a blog: practical guides, what the Nakama agents did, what worked, what broke, what was fixed, with sourced figures. This content is provided for information; it is neither advice, nor a warranty, nor a contractual offer.
Request
The form lets you describe your line of work and what you would hand over, and ask for a written reply, an audit of your business or an AI and agents audit. Sending it creates no obligation for either party. Any service is subject to a quote and to the terms of sale; published prices are “from” prices, excluding VAT. The journal subscription can be withdrawn at every send.
Intellectual property
See the legal notice: texts, names and sign reserved. Any reproduction requires the written consent of the publisher.
Conduct
It is forbidden to disrupt the site, to attempt to access non-public resources, to submit the form in an automated or abusive way, or to use the site to harm a third party.
Liability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the site available and accurate, without warranty. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or from being unable to access it.
Personal data
The processing of data entered in the form is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute not settled amicably falls under the courts of the publisher’s registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
