The audit of your business

The audit of your business: what can be automated, what stays with you

Two weeks: a week of record-keeping, a two-hour session on your own cases, the map of your processes and the threat model, then a written verdict: what can be automated in your company, what cannot, and the risks to handle. €4,900, paid on the verdict, deducted from the project if you sign.

What we look at, what we sort, what comes out

  1. 1

    What we look at

    • Your days: what takes up your time, what comes round every week, what gets forgotten.
    • Your exchanges: e-mails, quotes, follow-ups, customer requests, support.
    • Your tools: the mailbox, the calendar, the customer file, the support tool, and what your AI assistant already does.
    • Your rules: who approves what, what is confidential, what a customer or a contract requires of you.
    • Five real situations, names and amounts replaced, tried with your current tools, then with NakamaOS.
  2. 2

    What we sort

    Each task goes into one of three boxes: an agent does it and you approve what goes out; an agent prepares it and you finish it; or it stays with you, like payments, contracts and decisions about people.

  3. 3

    What comes out

    • The written verdict: what can be automated, what cannot, the risks to handle, and what we would build.
    • If NakamaOS is justified, your version, described in writing: the agents and the work of each, the scheduled tasks, the tools connected to your accounts, who approves what, the price and the cost over 24 months.
    • The map of the processes to automate and the threat model: what an agent would read, what it could do, what could go wrong, and how to prevent it.
    • In every case: instructions to get more out of your current tools, and one page of simple rules on the use of AI in the company.

The reference week

Before the session, you record one week of your work. The grid is for printing; it asks for no e-mail and no account, and it serves you even without us.

What you recordWhere to find itYour reading
Minutes per day sorting, replying and chasingYour morning, stopwatch in hand, five days
Proposals chased during the weekYour sent items
Proposals unanswered for more than five daysYour sent items, with no reply received
What your current tool flagged for you on its ownIts suggested follow-ups, its reminders
Replies retyped when they already existedYour memory
The tasks that come round every week outside the inbox: quotes, minutes, replies to customers, posts, news watchYour calendar and your files for the week

The column to fill in is on the printed grid.

You also rewrite five of your real cases, with no personal data: names, amounts and contact details replaced.

The two-hour session

By video call, on your screen, shared by you: we have no access to your accounts; third-party e-mails may pass on screen, and the purchase order covers that.

30 min
Your line of work, task by task: what comes round every week, the time it takes, who approves, and what an agent could do or prepare.
45 min
The test run: your five cases, tried with your current tool, then with NakamaOS as it runs at Nakama. We record the drafts usable as they are, the minutes of correction, and what each tool cannot do.
45 min
What is handed to no agent in your company: payments, any change of bank details, contracts, decisions about people, sending. Then the prerequisites.

The limit of the test run: done on NakamaOS as it runs at Nakama, it shows neither the memory of your business nor the tracking over time. Those gaps come from the grid.

The verdict, within five working days

Two to three pages, prepared by the agents from the session and the grid, approved. It says three things.

  • What can be automated

    Task by task, what an agent takes on and what you approve: with the base team alone (Starter), or with agents built for you (Custom, Sovereign). The price, the cost over 24 months, and the minutes NakamaOS would give back against those needed to cover its cost.

  • What cannot

    What stays with you, and why: payments, contracts, decisions about people, and what your current tool already does well, with the instructions to get more out of it.

  • The risks to handle

    What an agent would read in your company, what could go wrong, and how to prevent it before building anything.

What you take away in every case: a document of instructions for your current tool, which you apply yourself, and a one-page usage charter. A thirty-minute check-in is offered at six months.

The criterion

NakamaOS is only recommended if three conditions are met.

  1. The technical filter passes: a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox, and a named person to approve.

  2. The minutes NakamaOS adds cover its annual cost.

  3. At least one of these needs is established in writing, without any suggestion from us:

    1. tracking that your current tool, suggested follow-ups included, did not flag for you during the reference week: messages left unanswered, quotes and proposals not chased for more than five days;
    2. the written wish that no message leave your inbox without a person having approved it, when your current tool cannot enforce that;
    3. the written obligation, from a customer, an insurer or a contract, to show what the agent can read and do, with a monthly check and an approved file;
    4. a memory of your business that stays with you. This need only counts together with one of the other three.

The criterion was written on 23 September 2026. It is rechecked every quarter against the assistants of the major publishers, and the date of each check is published here.

An audit paid for its conclusion, whatever it is

The audit is paid whatever its conclusion. It says what can be automated, what cannot and the risks to handle, even when the answer is: not much for now.

  • the criterion above is published before the session;
  • the week’s grid is handed to you, and it serves you even without us;
  • the prices are published, before any exchange.

Payment

€4,900, paid when the verdict is delivered, deducted from the project if you sign. The purchase order contains the data processing clauses: third-party e-mails may appear on screen during the session.

Prices are published, "from", excluding VAT.
