NAKAMA

Your data

Where your data goes

The complete NakamaOS runs on your computer. A few flows go outside, and the data processing agreement names them. Here is each of them, and each subcontractor.

We install one company at a time, in the order of the waiting list.

We work in French. For Portugal, write to us.

In your company, with NakamaOS

  • Your mailbox and calendar

Linked to your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts through an access your administrator creates, guided. Microsoft 365 goes through the Nakama servers, then through Composio (United States), which holds the tokens; so does Google Workspace, unless the installation sets up direct access to Google. E-mails and events are copied to your computer to be read there.

  • Your computer

The working files (synchronised e-mails, notes, drafts, memory) are stored there in the clear: an encrypted disk is required. Synchronised e-mails are purged after a period set in the contract. The permissions folder is closed to agents.

  • The model provider

Under your contract, with your key and its spending cap. It receives your synchronised e-mails to classify them, up to 8,000 characters per message, and what the agent reads to prepare a reply. The confidential level only concerns secondary calls: the conversation goes to the model.

  • The connectors

Outlook and the Microsoft 365 calendar, Gmail and Google Calendar without direct access, LinkedIn, X, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack and the tools the audit of your business has retained go through Nakama’s servers, then through Composio (United States), which holds the tokens. Every action that writes asks for permission.

  • Web search and the browser

The search service and the sites the built-in browser opens see what the agent looks for there.

  • Your NakamaOS account

As long as the installed version needs it, NakamaOS signs in to an account with Nakama, hosted by Supabase. It carries your address and your connector tokens; the date from which it is no longer needed will be published in the journal.

  • Telemetry

Switched off in the installed version and checked at every release; the date will be published on the blog.

What Nakama receives

Totals, in the monthly bulletin: days of use, drafts used, missions run or failed, permissions granted or refused. Never an e-mail, never a note.

At Nakama, the same list

Nakama runs on the same NakamaOS, with the same flows: its models with their providers, its connectors through its servers and Composio, its account, its activity log. Nothing is hidden there that we would not say about your version.

What the contract also says, as it is: NakamaOS adds an application and tokens to your computer; there is no sandbox; a booby-trapped draft copied out remains a channel, and we talk about it at installation.
